Falcons 45 Niners 10

The new franchise record holder for receiving yards in a game

I said Roddy White was a key to the game and he delivered in spades. 8 receptions for a franchise record (and career high) 210 yards and 2 TDs. Just imagine what he could have done if we actually needed him to make plays in the 2nd half. Michael Turner added 3 TDs on 97 yards and Matty Ice threw for over 300 yards. The Falcons coasted and it felt good. The 49ers just didn't have any answers today. Sometimes they go your way, sometimes they don't. Today was a day that virtually everything went the Falcons way.

Next up is Chicago in a battle of 3-1 teams at the Georgia Dome. It's feels good to get a win like this after the loss to the Patriots. Time to defend the Dome next week.
